I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor practising in Missouri, with 4 years of clinical experience.

I graduated with my undergraduate degree in psychology and my master’s degree in professional counseling, both from Lindenwood University.

I was a professor of undergraduate introductory psychology at Jefferson College and continue to see clients through my private practice.

I work with clients on stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, intimacy-related issues, and depression.

I held group sessions for at-risk youth and provided individual crisis counseling to students at Northwest High School, and I work with a variety of individuals in an effort to help them sort through their thoughts, identify their feelings, and honor their present experience.
