I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practising in New Hampshire, with 13 years of clinical experience.

I earned my Masters of Social Work degree from Simmons College in 2015 and my Bachelors of Arts degree in Art Therapy from Emmanuel College in 2008.

My clinical approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Narrative Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

My counseling style is warm and interactive, and I combine my kindness, humor, creativity and objectivity in my counseling approach.
