My clinical approaches include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Existential Therapy, Mindfulness Therapy, Somatic Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

I tend to believe that there aren’t really answers or solutions to things, nor does there need to be, but instead ways of looking at them and holding them so that we can be in better relationship with them, and I believe we can offer ourselves a perspective that can turn situations, circumstances, feelings, relationships with others and the relationship with ourselves into dance partners, instead of opponents that need to be defeated, not allowed or kept down.
